What is Dry Ice Cleaning?
Dry Ice Cleaning is a Sub-Zero Technology cleaning technique. It’s powerful enough to clean the dirtiest grimes yet gentle enough to restore irreplaceable objects.
This state-of-the-art cleaning has become the method of choice to clean and restore surfaces harmed by smoke, soot, grime, and mold and it is far more powerful when compared to sandblasting, soda blasting, sanders, scrapers, and wire brushes methods which can damage or distort surfaces.
Dry Ice cleaning uses soft dry ice (frozen carbon dioxide) at accelerated rates of 600ft to 1000ft per second to blast any undesirable item off the underlying substrate. When dry ice comes in contact with any surface, it immediately disappears and transforms from a solid to gas. Since no evaporation process takes place, this causes the dry ice to vapor which aids to remove the contaminates.
Within minutes we are able to regain a piece of content of furnishing or commercial equipment which includes muck, grease, mildew and mold, paint smoke, anything you desire cleaned or blasted.
Advantages of Dry Ice Cleaning:
- No chemical solvents
- No blasting residues
- Precision Cleaning
- Environmentally friendly; FDA, EPA, and USDA approved cleaning method
- Will not damage active electrical or mechanical parts or create fire hazards
- Removes production residues, release agents, contaminants, paints, oils, and biofilms
- Gentle enough to remove dust smoke damage from books
- Aggressive enough as removing weld slag from tooling
Dry Ice Cleaning has various uses. It saves time in a majority of applications because the equipment does not need to be power downed before it can be cleaned.

- Fire Restoration
- Mold Remediation
- Tar Removal
- Electrical Equipment
